1. Role as Travel Advisor
Travel. Unpack. Relax. acts as an
independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and travel
suppliers, including but not limited to:
- Cruise
lines
- Airlines
- Hotels
& resorts
- Tour
operators
- Ground
transportation providers
- Travel
insurance companies
We do not own, operate, or control these
suppliers.
All bookings are subject to the terms
and conditions of the individual suppliers.
2. Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to
change without notice until a booking is confirmed with payment.
- Quotes
are not guaranteed until deposit/payment is processed.
- Cabin
categories, airfares, promotions, and perks are capacity-controlled.
- Repricing
is subject to supplier policies.
We will always advocate on your behalf
within supplier guidelines.
3. Payments
Payment schedules, deposits, and
cancellation policies are governed by the supplier.
By authorizing payment, you confirm:
- You are
authorized to use the payment method provided.
- The
information submitted is accurate.
Travel. Unpack. Relax. does not store
credit card details on our servers.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier.
- Refund
eligibility is determined by supplier terms.
- Some
fares are non-refundable.
- Name
changes may incur penalties.
We strongly recommend travel insurance
to protect your investment.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not automatically
included unless stated.
We highly recommend comprehensive travel
protection to cover:
- Cancellation
- Medical
emergencies
- Travel
interruption
- Supplier
default (where applicable)
Failure to purchase insurance is at the
traveler’s own risk.
6. Travel Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to
ensure:
- Valid
passport (typically 6 months beyond return date)
- Required
visas
- Vaccinations
(if applicable)
- Compliance
with entry regulations
We provide guidance but final
responsibility rests with the traveler.
7. Force Majeure
Travel. Unpack. Relax. is not liable for
events beyond our control, including:
- Weather
disruptions
- Government
actions
- Airline
schedule changes
- Supplier
bankruptcy
- Health
emergencies
- Strikes
or civil unrest
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Acts or
omissions of suppliers
- Personal
injury
- Property
damage
- Delays
or cancellations
Our role is advisory and facilitative in
nature.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and
materials are the property of Travel. Unpack. Relax. and may not be copied or
reproduced without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of
the State of Florida, United States.
